These docks are produced using the blow molding method and HDPE materials in dimensions of 100×100 cm with a height of 50 cm, with each pontoon capable of supporting a static load of 450 kg.
They can also be filled with polyurethane foam, which distributes the pressure across the dock’s surface and prevents deformation caused by temperature changes.
Blow-molded floating docks, due to the HDPE materials used, have higher resistance to pressure and impact. Furthermore, thanks to their different production process compared to rotational molding, their production speed is higher.
